Accounts & Payments

  • How much does a subscription to InLighten Films cost?
    Subscription prices vary by size of congregation/organization and subscription type. See current prices here.
  • Where can I make changes to my subscription plan or payment method?
    Sign in to your InLighten Films account and go to the dashboard. Your account details are shown on the billing tab.
  • What is the cancellation policy?
    You may cancel your subscription at any time. Accounts will remain active until their next scheduled payment date. Sign in to your InLighten Films account and go to the dashboard. The option to cancel is show beneath your active plan on the billing tab.

Films, Discussion Questions & Bonus Content

  • How often are new films released?
    Films, their accompanying discussion questions, and any related bonus content are released each Monday.
  • How will I know when a new film has been released?
    Subscribers will receive an email each Monday detailing that week's film release.
  • How can I view the films?
    Active subscribers can stream films in their browser or download films for viewing offline.
  • What is bonus content?
    Bonus content may include interviews with Biblical scholars or actors, candid moments on set, or other insights that we think will make our films even more impactful.
  • Where can I find the discussion questions for each film?
    Discussion questions are available for PDF download on the Resources tab beneath the player on each film page.
  • How do I download a film?
    To begin a download, select the Download button beneath the player on the film page.
    • In Chrome: Select the menu button at the far right side of the screen (looks like three stacked dots) and select download. You will either be prompted to select a location to save the file on your computer or the MP4 file will automatically be saved to your default download directory, depending on your browser settings.
    • In Firefox: Right-click on the player and select Save Video As. You will be prompted to select a location to save the file on your computer.
    • In Safari: Right-click on the player and select Download Video As. You will be prompted to select a location to save the file on your computer.
    • In Microsoft Edge: Right-click on the player and select Save Video As. You will be prompted to select a location to save the file on your computer.
    • In Opera: Select the menu button at the far right side of the screen (looks like three stacked dots) and select download. You will either be prompted to select a location to save the file on your computer or the MP4 file will automatically be saved to your default download directory, depending on your browser settings.
    • In Internet Explorer: InLighten Films is not compatible with Internet Explorer. Please use another browser to view InLighten Films.
  • Why is my video skipping or the audio not keeping up with the video?
    Many factors can impact video playback: browser extensions, computer updates, and internet connection. If you are experiencing problems, first try adjusting the quality of your video. Select the gear in the toolbar of your player, Quality, then one of the resolutions. If adjusting the quality doesn't improve your viewing experience, try downloading the video.
